This is the biggest thing missing, and I only found it by reading your reviews
Your customers are not describing a coffee shop. They are describing a venue.
I read seven of your recent reviews. Five of them mention your events. Five of them mention the local artists you carry.
Bingo comes up three separate times, spread over two months, so it is clearly regular. One person calls it “one of their many events.” Somebody else went to a book crawl. The makers’ tables come up again and again – spooky patches and pins, community made crafts, and one woman’s husband’s custom pool cues. One reviewer simply calls you “supporters of local artists.”
Not one word of that is anywhere on your website. A stranger reading your site learns you sell coffee, a tumbler and a hoodie.
And here is the part I would want to know if it were my shop. One of those bingo reviews opens with “finally made it in” and says he came for the bingo. He had never been before. He finished with “definitely will be coming back.”
Your event brought a stranger through the door and turned him into a regular, and the event is not published anywhere. Everyone who found out did so by already knowing, or by reading about it afterwards. An event only works if people hear about it before it happens.
I have left this blank because I do not know your schedule. Is the bingo weekly or monthly? Is the book crawl coming back? Which vendors are in this month? Tell me and it fills in.
